At NI Candle Supplies LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your candle-making essentials. If your items are unused and in their original packaging, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring fragile items like glass jars and fragrance oils are well-protected for transit.

  Ship the Return

  Send your parcel to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items are faulty.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resellable condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
